Guidelines for Beneficiary Qualifications

● This course has been created explicitly for the benefit of Delhi residents. Perhaps in the coming, residents from other states will be eligible to apply.
● The candidate must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
● Those participating in the programme must have learned the language until Class 8 and have a basic grasp of English to be admitted to the course.
● A cutting-edge free-spoken English education for people aged 16 to 35 years.
● Students who have completed Class VIII will be eligible for Phase I, providing they have a basic understanding of English and have studied English up to Class VIII.
● During Phase I, the govt can enrol 1 lakh, such students.

Main Features of the Course

● In the first phase next year, one lakh learners will be given training at 50 places. This will be expanded later.
● The government has partnered with Macmillan and Wordsworth to develop an
international standard curriculum.
● The University of Cambridge will oversee the examination.
● The course will take about 3 to 4 months.
● The system should take between 120 and 140 hours to finish.
● There will also be evening and weekend sessions as many participants will be working or enrolled in part-time programs.
